OTL Gouverneur was recently involved in a cybersecurity incident. As soon as we became aware of the situation, we immediately launched an investigation with the support of independent cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the event, and took the appropriate remediation measures.

Thanks to our existing security protocols and backup systems, we were able to quickly contain the incident and safely resume normal operations. Our investigation is ongoing to identify any personal information that may have been exposed. If necessary, we will notify the affected individuals and organizations directly, as well as the relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable requirements. 

The confidentiality and security of the personal information entrusted to us are among our highest priorities. As part of our continued commitment to information security and privacy, we are currently reviewing our protocols, policies, procedures, and user training to help reduce the risk of similar incident in the future.
